Pricing / Delivery Rates / Terms of Payment for Switzerland
All costs in CHF, including VAT (8.0%), excl. delivery costs

Prepayment
You will receive a confirmation E-mail with our terms and conditions of payment. Once we have received your payment within 10 days, we will dispatch your product in the next 10 working days.

Payment per Postcard_Maestro_Visa_Mastercard
The amount will be transferred to the bankaccount of the Tanja Klein GmbH. You will receive a confirmation E-mail regarding your payment. Once we have received your payment within, we will dispatch your product in the next 10 working days.

Pricing / Delivery Rates / Terms of Payment for Europe
All costs in Euro, excluding Swiss VAT (7.7%), which is different for each European country. Delivery to European Countries can be subject to custom and additonal tax fees (such as VAT) that can vary from country to country. Fees will have to be paid directly by the customer upon delivery to the curier. All orders are checked for trademark rights for the respective recipient country before shipment.

Packing and Delivery
The below stated packaging and delivery rates apply for Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy and will be charged in addition.  Packaging and delivery rates for other countries upon request. Any transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

Fulfillment of contract
Your orders are valid for 10 days upon receipt. If the named amount is not transferred within this time limit the order will be considered void.

Delivery and Deadlines
Delivery takes place in the next 10 working days upon receiving prepayment for Switzerland. Orders for Northern Europe, Germany, Austria or Italy will be shipped  1-2 times weekly (other countries upon request).
Your order can be delayed up to 6 weeks if an item is out of stock. Kleinbasel by Tanja Klein will inform you immediately by email. You will also be informed immediately if an item is no longer available. If your item is no longer in stock your pre-payment will be fully and immediately refunded. Kleinbasel by Tanja Klein accepts liability for transport damage or loss of your shipment, but only until the moment of takeover through the customer.

Faulty Products
Faulty products can be returned within 10 days in original packing upon agreement. Where possible the product will be replaced, otherwise the paid amount will be fully refunded.

Exchange
An exchange with refund of paid items is not possible. Upon agreement products can be exchanged within 10 days or you receive a voucher in the amount of the product- selling price. Vouchers are directly redeemable at our kleinbasel shop, Schneidergasse 24, CH-4051 Basel. Voucher sent to us by post applies to the selection of our online shop. Any additional delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Colours of our products can deviate from the images displayed on screen due to different media and its monitor display.

Your data is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties.

Terms and Conditions
kleinbasels terms and conditions are always an integral part of business transactions between client and kleinbasel. The terms and conditions complement the legal base of the Swiss Code of Obligation (OR).  The client accepts these conditions tacitly upon business transaction taking place.
kleinbasel can change the terms and conditions at any time and without notice or obligation.
Jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. Exclusively Swiss law will be applied regardless if orders or delivery have been made from abroad.
